Covid Guidelines and Resources

Revised 1/3o/23

NEW Attendance limits in sanctuary and vestry have been removed.  Large service and gathering attendance will be managed on an event-by-event basis

NEW Masking on the church campus is optional, EVEN while singing.  For now, Choir has chosen as a group to mask while singing.  All are welcome to mask at any time and for any reason.  The church will continue to make masks available to all who want them

NEW Fellowship events have no restrictions

Ongoing Best Practices:

  • encourage one another to stay home if you have symptoms or are feeling unwell;

  • encourage one another to stay home if you have recently been exposed to someone who has Covid or Flu;

  • utilize CCC’s Sunday morning worship service livestreams when being in the sanctuary is not safe or possible;

  • in consultation with your medical professionals to consider being vaccinated and boosted;

  • maximize air circulation and utilize HEPA air filters both in the Sanctuary and Vestry;

  • church Cabinet will continue to monitor, discuss and adapt policies to meet changing health and safety needs

Extending Grace to One Another

In all we do at CCC, please meet one another with grace, forgiveness, and good communication.  We invite us also to give one another permission to set boundaries, observe safety protocols, and distance in a way that is comfortable for each.  As Paul wrote to the Colossians: “Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others, not put them down, not cut them out.”
